All of our landscape design projects begin with an initial consultation meeting to review the project site with the client and discuss the scope of the project. You can learn more about our typical work process on the Our Process page of our website.

Other Consulting Services

In addition to our initial consultation meetings for design projects, we also offer other types of consulting assistance. Generally, this type of consulting occurs on projects where we are also performing landscape design work. Additional consulting services include:

• Soil fertility and overall soil health

• Suggestions for problem areas on a project site

• Troubleshooting sick trees and plants

• Plant selection for challenging sites

We strongly encourage clients to consider having their soil tested when investing in a significant new softscape for a project. We can facilitate soil sampling and testing on behalf of a client, or can provide instruction on how to pull soil samples for a project and where to send them for analysis.
